David Jacox, Chief Executive Officer

David began as a social services worker in 1973 at Martin Luther Homes. He later worked at the Beatrice State Developmental Center but returned to MLH to oversee staff development. In 1980 he became CEO of Bethphage, the position he held when Mosaic was formed in 2003. He held the title and duties of both President and Chief Executive Officer of Mosaic until those duties were split in 2006.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, a Master of Arts and a Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Linda Timmons, President and Chief Operating Officer

Linda's career began in high school working on the Bethphage campus at Axtell, Neb. Through the years she has held numerous positions in several states within the organization. When Mosaic was formed in 2003, Linda was named Senior Vice President of Program Services. In 2006, she was named President and Chief Operating Officer.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and a Master of Arts from St. Edward's University in Austin, Texas.

Cindy Schroeder, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Cindy came to Mosaic as an accountant for the legacy organization Bethphage in 1987. Shortly thereafter she was named Chief Financial Officer. She retained that position and was named Senior Vice President of Finance when Mosaic was formed in 2003.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Rich Carman, Senior Vice President of Public Policy and International Development

Rich's experience spans government and non-profit public service in the field of developmental disabilities. He has held various positions in Mosaic's legacy organization Bethphage since 1991. When Mosaic was formed, he was named Senior Vice President for Advocacy.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western Illinois University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois.

Raul Saldivar, Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Integrity Officer

Raul's career began in high school working on the Bethphage campus at Axtell, Neb. Through the years he has held numerous positions with that legacy organization. When Mosaic was formed in 2003, Raul was named Senior Vice President of Human Resources and in 2005 was given the additional duties of Chief Integrity Officer.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and is a Certified Compliance Professional.

Keith Schmode, Senior Vice President of Mission Advancement

Keith was named Senior Vice President of Mission Advancement in 2006. Prior to that, he was the Managing Partner for Thrivent Financial for Lutherans in the Nebraska Region. He brings 20 years of social service experience as well as 20 years of financial planning experience to Mosaic.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Master of Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Gary Lee, Senior Vice President of Business Development

Gary was named Senior Vice President of Business Development in 2007. He comes to Mosaic after serving ten years as senior vice president at Aon Risk Services. He brings more than 36 years experience working in finance, accounting and insurance.

He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
