Mosaic is a member of an international alliance called IMPACT. Members of the alliance are Mosaic and Bethesda Lutheran Communities in the United States, Bethel in Germany, the Deacony of Northern Norway and Bethphage in Great Britain, IMPACT focuses on affecting public policy with indigenous partners in the Dominican Republic, Kenya, Latvia, Romania, Russia and Tanzania. The goals of IMPACT are to:
- Create and provide community-based, competence-oriented services for people with disabilities and their families.
- Assist indigenous partners in creating strategies that promote inclusive societies and information campaigns that raise public awareness.
- Increase the skills of service providers in working in partnership with governments to design and implement socially-inclusive public policies.
