Direct Support Associate
Responsible for training and assisting individuals served in various aspects of activities of daily living while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of individuals being served.
High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three months of experience in a related field. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Registered Nurse
The Registered Nurses provide assessments and monitor all medical/psychiatric issues of persons served to administer comprehensive medical care. Other duties include coordinating physician and medical services for consumers by overseeing appointments and scheduling and ensuring follow up. These positions also monitors and reviews consumer medical records to monitor pertinent issues and provide thorough documentation, including preparation of any related reports. In addition, the RN will facilitate the training and orientation of new staff regarding medical procedures, health related in-services and delegation of nursing tasks and order necessary medication and supplies for individuals served.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing with a minimum of two years of general nursing experience. State nursing license is required. Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen, criminal background and motor vehicle check and have a valid driver's license.
