registered nurse (rn)
Registered Nurses provide assessments and monitor all medical/psychiatric issues of persons served to administer comprehensive medical care. Other duties include coordinating physician and medical services for consumers by overseeing appointments and scheduling and ensuring follow up. These positions also monitors and reviews consumer medical records to monitor pertinent issues and provide thorough documentation, including preparation of any related reports.
In addition, the RN will facilitate the training and orientation of new staff regarding medical procedures, health related in-services and delegation of nursing tasks and order necessary medication and supplies for individuals served.
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing with a minimum of two years of general nursing experience required. State nursing license is required. Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen, criminal background and motor vehicle check and have a valid driver's license.

Host Home Provider (Independent Contractor)
This position affords the opportunity for members of the community to open up their home to an adult with an intellectual disability. Providers maintain an independent contractual relationship with Mosaic. The people served in host homes may have a range of care needs, varying from 24/7 care to being independently employed in the community.
Providers can expect daily paperwork, regulations, support, monthly monitoring and attendance at professional meetings. Specialized training will be provided and a Mosaic manager would be assigned to the provider.
This individual must be able to provide clean, safe and suitable home for the person and assure availability of safe and reliable transportation. The host home provider should have the skills and knowledge to support individuals with medical or behavioral needs. Having a wheelchair accessible home is a plus. Must be able to obtain required training in regard to the individual's needs in accordance with state rules, regulations and policy specific to Community Centered Board; Division of Developmental Disability and Mosaic policies and procedures. Must have a clear criminal background, drug screen and acceptable driving record. Professional salary level is available and select payments to you may be free from income tax.*
