Mosaic in Colorado Springs provides the following supports:

Group Home Services -- We have three group homes in Colorado Springs. Twenty-four hours a day, staff members assist people with all daily living needs and supports in neighborhood home settings.

Vocational Training Services -- Staff members support people in volunteer work or employer-sponsored sites to help individual learn work skills.

Supported Employment -- This is offered to individuals interested in working in community employment. We help clients identify employment preferences by job skills and requirements. Mosaic staff members contact prospective employers on behalf of the client and ensure that each individual learns to perform his or her job.

Day Habilitation -- For individuals who cannot or choose not to work, we provide enriching activities and outings to help integrate the people we support into the community.

Host Homes -- Mosaic partners with independent contractors to provide services in their home. Supported Living Services We assist individuals living with their families or in their own residences with daily activities or socialization activities.

Semi-Independent Living Services -- Staff members are available to individuals living on their own to provide support with activities of daily living.
