Direct Support Associate
Responsible for training and assisting individuals served in various aspects of activities of daily living while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of individuals being served. High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three months of experience in a related field. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Direct Support Coordinator
Directs and coordinates the operations of the residential and/or day services program and is operated in compliance with all regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and within the assigned budget. Monitors personnel management, program plan implementation, coordination of appointments and activities for individuals served, facility maintenance and management of individual financial accounts.
This individual must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Minimum of four years experience in a related field with one year in a supervisory or management capacity. Certification in CPR and First Aid required.

Direct Support Manager
This position coordinates and manages program operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling staff, coordinating activities and appointments of individuals served, and maintaining records.
This individual must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and one year of experience. Position may require CMA permit, CPR and first aid certification.

Habilitative Coordinator
Directs and coordinates the delivery of habilitative services in compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include training staff in behavior modification techniques, supervising and evaluating staff, developing new programs and maintaining records. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education or related field.
Minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required. May require QMRP certification and experience in an ICF/MR.

Habilitative Specialist/Case Manager

Program Coordinator
Oversees the operations of several group homes and day services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Performs the functions of a QMRP, including program development, training and provides supervision to staff.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work or a related field. Minimum of four years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. QMRP eligibility required.

Licensed Nurse Practitioner
Monitors the health and medical condition of individuals served. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing physicals, providing treatment, and scheduling medical appointments as needed. Also coordinates the schedule of the PM nurses, assigns work and evaluates staff performance.
Licensed Practical Nursing/Vocational Nursing Certification. Minimum of one year of nursing experience. Must have valid driver's license.

Registered Nurse
Provide nursing assessments and monitors all medical/psychiatric issues of persons served to administer comprehensive medical care. Facilitate training of staff regarding medical procedures.
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. Minimum of two years of general nursing experience is required. State nursing license is required.
