From Our Executive Director

#
Andrea Ferrucci, Executive Director

Thank you for visiting the Mosaic in Connecticut Web site. I am proud to work for such an innovative, mission-based agency. I began my career with Mosaic in 1993 as an assistant manager in one of our group homes. Over the past 16 years I have had the opportunity to be part of an agency that strives on a daily basis to enhance the lives of the people we support.

Through Mosaic's hard work with The Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL), we have seen great improvements in how we deliver our custom designed, person-centered services. In Connecticut, our strong leadership team and well-trained staff ensure that the people we support receive the best services and supports available. We take great pride in what we do!

Our work with Gallup University has helped to further motivate and engage our staff. Through the Q12 process, we have learned what we are doing well, and what we can improve on to ensure that Mosaic is a great place to live and work!

Thank you for taking time to learn more about Mosaic.

Sincerely,
Andrea Ferrucci
