About Us
Mosaic provides a life of possibilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We help people define their own happiness. We support them and empower the pursuit of their goals. We celebrate their successes, even if that success is as simple as the pursuit itself.
Mosaic is celebrating 21 years of providing high quality compassionate service to adults with developmental disabilities. Individuals are served in 21 community based residential homes in Bloomfield, Bristol, Coventry, Durham, East Hampton, Farmington, Gales Ferry, Mansfield, Middletown, Oakdale, Portland, West Hartford, and Wethersfield. Supported living apartment programs are also located in Hartford, Avon, Middletown and Newington.
Mosaic currently provides supports to more than 100 people in Connecticut.
