Volunteer
Volunteers are welcome at Mosaic in Connecticut. If you want to give back to the community, come volunteer and have fun doing it!
Volunteers to support the individuals in service directly and the needs of the individuals indirectly are equally valued. We have both support positions and direct service volunteer opportunities available.
Some of the available opportunities are:
- Help with projects ranging from making meals to beautifying our outdoors.
- Serve on a committee to plan a fund raising event.
- Visit an individual Mosaic supports. This could be at the individual's home or within the community.
- Share a hobby or talent.
- Take someone to church or sit with them during the service.
- Send cards or letters to an individual.
- Help individuals celebrate their birthdays or holidays.
- Help someone raise funds for a vacation by donating money, or hotel or frequent flyer points.
- Help with repairs and maintenance such as painting and landscaping.
- Host a fundraiser for Mosaic.
