Services

Mosaic in Dallas offers a wide range of services for children and adults with disabilities, including:
  • residential group homes
  • supported apartments
  • host home (i.e., foster care)
  • in-home supports
  • coordination of healthcare services
  • vocational training
  • day services
  • transportation
  • social/recreational/spiritual nurture activities.
We have five ICF-MR (Intermediate Care Facilities for people with Mental Retardation) group homes that provide 24-hour supports. Three homes are in Carrollton and two homes are located in Richardson.

Our HCS (Home and Community-Based Services) program has one residence for three people and provides 24-hour supports. Additionally within the HCS program, we provide Supported Home Living supports and Foster Care supports.

Our Vocational Center is located in Carrollton and currently serves approximately 35 people. The Vocational Center provides training to teach people vocational skills and an opportunity to earn an income through completion of contract work.

For people either not eligible or wanting HCS and/or ICF-MR services, we will provide Case Management, Vocational and other services for people with disabilities as desired by private pay arrangements.
