Our History

Mosaic in Delaware began providing services in August, 1989. These services have included community homes, supported apartment living, and the training of personnel from other Division of Developmental Disabilities Services provider agencies. We are currently licensed to serve approximately 70 persons in numerous community homes and apartments (of five persons or less) in New Castle County.

Our Partnerships

Mosaic in Delaware works in partnership with the following agencies and organizations:

• Churches of choice who have welcomed people we serve into their communities
• Delaware Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDDS)
• Delaware Health and Social Services (DHSS)
• Delaware Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (DelARF)
• Community employers and providers of Day Habilitation Services
