Direct Support Associate

Direct Support Associates are responsible for training and assisting individuals served in various aspects of activities of daily living while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of individuals being served.

High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three months of experience in a related field required. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Direct Support Manager

Direct Support Managers coordinate and manage program operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling staff, coordinating activities and appointments of individuals served, and maintaining records.

This individual must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and one year of experience. Position may require CMA permit, CPR and first aid certification. Ability to drive with a clean driving record with a valid driver's license.

Direct Support Specialist

Direct Support Specialists serve as a lead role in providing support to individuals served and are responsible for training and assisting individuals served in various aspects of daily living while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of the individuals being served.

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of experience in a related field. Must be at least 18 years of age.  Ability to drive and a clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
