Residential Services- Mosaic of Delaware provides services to adults with developmental disabilities who reside in homes and apartments in Delaware communities. Services are designed to provide persons with opportunities for choices, and participation in the life of their communities. Supports are geared to assist each individual in becoming more independent in activities of daily living, vocational skills, community mobility and transportation, and recreation and leisure activities. We believe each person to be capable of growth, development and realizing God's gift of wholeness of life.

Community Services - Mosaic strives to open doors to community opportunities for community participation. Community services such as banks, retail shops, medical centers, libraries, public recreation facilities and local merchants provide natural settings for inclusion. Training is provided on accessing community services that people need. Emphasis is also placed on helping individuals contribute back to their communities.

Spiritual Development - A special focus of Mosaic's supports is its emphasis on spiritual nurturing and growth. Opportunities for worship and attending religious services are available to everyone. With the assistance of staff and volunteers, consumers are encouraged to participate in the spiritual activities of their choosing. Mosaic promotes each individual's participation within the faith of his or her choice.

Mosaic of Delaware is licensed by and funded through the Delaware Health and Social Services, Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDDS).
