Mosaic in Denver partners with people with intellectual disabilities to provide a meaningful life in a caring community, giving a voice to their needs.

Mosaic in Denver provides the following supports:

  • Supported Living Services - We provide assistance with daily living and community activities to individuals who live independently in their own apartments or with their families.

  • Host Homes - Mosaic matches a person receiving services with someone who provides the assistance needed for daily living in a family like-or roommate-like setting. The program is designed to allow an individual to enjoy the benefits of a family living while continuing habilitation and personal growth.

  • Children's Extensive Services - Focuses on supporting families by providing respite care and community connector services to children living within their family home.

  • Apartment Living/In-home supports - Staff are available to people living on their own to provide support with activities of daily living. This includes supports and services to clients and families who choose services through Family Caregiver
