Services
Mosaic in Denver provides the following supports:
- Group Home Services - We have three group homes in the Denver area. Twenty-four hours a day, staff members assist people with all daily living needs and supports in neighborhood home settings.
- Supported Living Services - We assist individuals living with their families or in their own residences with daily activities or socialization activities.
- Host Homes - Mosaic partners with independent contractors to provide services in their home.
- Day Habilitation - For individuals who cannot or choose not to work, we provide enriching activities and outings to help integrate the people we support into the community.
