Development Officer

The Development Officer advances the organization's fund-raising efforts by identifying, cultivating, soliciting and closing current and deferred gifts. Implements strategic donor and prospect relationship plans as assigned or as developed in coordination with planned giving counsel.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and demonstrated experience in fund raising, with a proven track record of success in development and gift solicitation. Minimum of three years direct fund-raising experience in closing current and deferred gifts. Sales experience is considered in lieu of fundraising experience. Familiarity with disabilities and the Lutheran Church is desirable, but not required. This position is based in Colorado and requires travel througout the state about 60% of the time.


Administrative Assistant

Mosaic is currently seeking a detail-orientated, computer savvy, service minded communicator to serve as an Administrative Assistant in our Risk Management department at Mosaic's National Headquarters in Omaha, NE.

The Risk Management Assistant will assist in the management of motor vehicle request processing which would include analyzing driving eligibility status and coordinating information with agencies, maintaining database for rechecks and reviewing billing for payment. In addition, this individual will maintain various databases and create queries and reports and review legal bills, provides general office support to the Risk Management and Talent Management departments, schedule meetings, take minutes, arrange travel, filing copying and answering phones.

Qualified candidates will possess an associate's degree and a minimum of four years of related experience. Experience working in MS Office products or Open Office is preferred with experience working in advanced functions of Excel. Experience in the insurance industry or legal field is a plus.


Housing Compliance Specialist - Part Time

We are now seeking a cutting edge business professional for challenging and rewarding Housing Compliance Specialist to work part time in our Omaha office.

This position provides assistance to the housing compliance analyst by monitoring Mosaic housing projects on a national basis to ensure compliance, completing property inspections, and initiating tenant income certifications.

Qualified candidates will posses an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts or Business Administration.  Minimum of one year related work experience.  Previous LIHTC and HUD experience is preferred.

This position is working 20 hours per week.  Schedule can be flexible working between 8-5, M-F. 


Executive Assistant

Mosaic is in search of an independent, detail orientated, proactive administrative professional to serve as the Executive Assistant to the senior leadership staff.

This individual will assist senior leadership staff, as assigned, in all business-related functions, such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, arranging travel, and preparing necessary reports and documentation.

Qualified candidates will possess an Associate's Degree of equivalent and a minimum of four years of related experience. Must have excellent people skills and ability to work with different types of people at all levels in the organization.
