MOSAIC EARNS ACCREDITATION

Congrats to Mosaic in Farmington for earning an accreditation from The Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) after a week-long review that looked at  Mosaic's quality of supports, community integration of people served, and commitment to individualized outcomes.

The CQL accreditation affirms Mosaic as an organization that integrates the values of person-centered services into all functions of the agency while maintaining flexibility to meet the ever-changing needs and preferences of the people assisted. To receive accreditation, the agency must also demonstrate adherence to CQL's Basic Assurances and Personal Outcomes Measures.
