Mosaic in Farmington offers the following supports.

• Residential - Supported living homes, assisted living host homes
• Day Habilitation
• Vocational/Employment
• Personal Care and Respite

Services are offered to individuals on three levels:

• Developmental Disability Waiver - The allotment system through the State of New Mexico
• State General Fund - Those approved and awaiting allotment through the Developmental Disability waiver
• Private Pay - Those paying for services through personal funds.
