What will the homes look like?
Most of Mosaic's new Nebraska homes follow the same floorplan, and all will have the highest level of safety and accessibility. The level of assistance will vary based upon the needs of the residents.
The homes will be of three different classifications, and the licensing procedures necessary for each classification are different. Mosaic is building Medical Service Units (MSU), Centers for Developmental Disability (CDD), and Intermediate Care Facilities-/Mental Retardation (ICF-MR).
