About Us 

Mosaic, as Bethphage, began providing services in Garden City in January 1999. It currently serves more than 130 people in residential, vocational, community integration and case management.

Mosaic, a non-profit organization, was formed in July 2003 by the consolidation of Bethphage and Martin Luther Homes, each built in the first quarter of the 20th century by Nebraska Lutherans. Mosaic currently serves approximately 3,500 people with developmental disabilities in more than 250 communities in 14 states and Great Britain.
