Legacy Senior Services

Legacy Senior Services is a a program of Mosaic in Garden City, and is a day service care center for adults with Alzheimer's disease, dementia and/or intellectual disabilities. Legacy Senior Services offers peace of mind because it provides a safe, enriching environment designed to support strengths, abilities and independence.

Through Legacy Senior Services' extensive offering of activities and personal care assistance, seniors can experience a meaningful day. Family members and other caregivers will have peace of mind and find respite, knowing that your loved one's needs are being met in a safe, enriching environment. The help we offer can be a great tool to help you delay or avoid more expensive full-time long-term care placement.
