Senior Vice President of Operations

Provide overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization as well as day-to-day service leadership and collaborative management to all company operational functions provided by six Regional Vice Presidents.The Senior Vice President of Operations will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will also serve on the Mosaic Leadership council. This dynamic leader will be influentially responsible for a multi-million dollar budget in multiple states. Travel of 30 - 50% and office at The Lind Center in Omaha, Nebraska are required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Intellectual Disabilities field, a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, at least 7 years exemplary work experience, a background with managing multi-million dollar budgets in multiple states and experience supervising executive staff.  Proven success leading a team in meeting strategic goals.


Executive Director - Colorado Springs

The Executive Director is responsible for the overall operation of the agency, including regulatory compliance, meeting accreditation standards, programmatic matters, developing and maintaining an operational budget, overseeing all program services, personnel management, and community and public relations.

Mosaic in Colorado Springs provides residential, vocational, host home, in home, and day services. The agency supports approximately 180 individuals throughout the community and employs approximately 65 staff members.

Qualified candidates will posses a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field with a minimum of five years experience in human services with a specialization serving populations with intellectual disabilities. Experience in community relations is a plus. At least two years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity. Previous successful experience in budget development and personnel management is required.



Executive Assistant


We are currently seeking an organized, detail orientated individual, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer at Mosaic's national headquarters in Omaha, NE.

This individual will assist senior leadership staff, along with the staff from the Integrity, Risk Management and Human Resources department in business-related functions, such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, arranging travel, and preparing necessary reports and documentation.


Qualified candidates will possess an Associate's Degree of equivalent and a minimum of four years of related experience. Must have excellent people skills and ability to work with different types of people at all levels in the organization.




Operations Director

We are now seeking a flexible, influential leader and coach for a challenging and rewarding position as Operations Director. This is a regional position, based out of our National Headquarters in Omaha, NE.

The Operations Director works with the regional team and agencies to provide support in the implementation of effective strategies to obtain desired results and to design and implement strategies to achieve organization-wide goals. Coordinate orientation for regional team members; support due diligence of service opportunities; and respond to internal investigation issues.

Bachelor's Degree in human services or a related field required. Experience working in the field of intellectual disabilities, human services or behavioral health. Minimum of five years of experience in a supervisory or management position required. Proven leader with the ability to manage directly and indirectly. Frequent travel is required to our agencies throughout the state of Nebraska.

Executive Director - Omaha, NE

Mosaic in Omaha provides residential, vocational, host home, in home, children's services and day services. The agency supports approximately 250 individuals throughout the community and employs approximately 300 staff members.

Qualified candidates will posses a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field with a minimum of five years experience in human services with a specialization serving populations with intellectual disabilities. Experience in community relations is a plus. At least two years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity. Previous successful experience in budget development with multi-million dollar budgets and personnel management is required.


Finance Director- Nebraska Region

We are now seeking an organized, influential, analytical accounting professional for a challenging and rewarding position as Finance Director. This is a regional position traveling to all of our Nebraska locations, but the position is based out of Omaha.

The Finance Director will ensure an effective financial management system for each agency through leadership, training and technical support of financial systems. Provides financial analysis of operations and ongoing review to ensure that financial systems are in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. CPA or Master's Degree is preferred. Minimum of five years of work experience in financial management and accounting, dealing with large, multi-million dollar budgets. Budget analysis is a must. Must have a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record and the ability drive and travel extensively.
