The Governmental Affairs Office utilizes the information obtained through projects of The Mosaic Collaborative to advocate in two areas:
  • civil rights of people with disabilities, and
  • the promotion of fair and equitable public policy that ensures adequate funding and support services are available.
Mosaic's governmental affairs work is built on national partnerships to affect disability public policy at the local, state, national and international level, thereby affecting countless lives of people who have disabilities and their families.
