We celebrate their successes, even if that success is as simple as the pursuit itself. Mosaic began providing services to people with disabilities in western Colorado in July, 1986. Our services are designed in partnership with each person we serve and are unique to that individual. In our many years of service to the western Colorado area, the quality of this program has been affirmed by state surveys.
