On-Call/Relief Direct Support
Employees not scheduled to work a regular shift or hours but are called to work as needed to prevent overtime or the use of temporary staffing agencies working in Mosaic's Day Services and Community Participation (DSCP) department. DSCP provides an opportunity for individuals with intellectual disabilities who cannot work or choose not to work. DSCP offers a variety of options for individuals to engage in recreational and social opportunities at the Mosaic location and throughout the community. DSCP hours typically run Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and can include transportation services.
Mosaic will train you and you will receive a great job experience! Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a valid driver's license and a clear criminal background, drug screen, and acceptable driving record.

Independent Contract Manager
The Independent Contract Manager will
monitor contracts and regulatory compliance for services provided by
independent contractors, including the areas of medical services,
programmatic, day services and the health and safety of persons
served.
Primary job functions include:
- Monitor the independent contractor to ensure regulatory compliance and that the physical environment meets HUD standards by conducting regular and unannounced visits.
- Review information from medical visits of persons served, providing follow-up and monitoring medication administration for accuracy.
- Assist independent contractor in preparing program plan assessments and documents to ensure outcomes are met.
- Attend program plan meetings to share assessments and plans with the interdisciplinary team and determine goals based on the desires of the individual served.
- Assist the independent contractor in developing and implementing the ISSP and monitor progress on a monthly basis to ensure proper documentation.
- Review client checking/savings account information to ensure accuracy, appropriate expenditures and approve spend down if necessary.
- Review monthly billing information to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Other duties as necessary.
A
Bachelor's Degree in liberal arts or a related field is required,
along with a minimum of two years of related work experience, with
one year of supervisory or management experience. Previous experience
working with people with developmental disabilities preferred. May
require CPR and First Aid certification.
