Northern Indiana

about us

Mosaic provides a life of possibilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We help people define their own happiness. We support them and empower the pursuit of their goals. We celebrate their successes, even if that success is as simple as the pursuit itself.

Mosaic began serving Elkhart and St. Joseph counties in 1986 with the opening of two group homes and a central office located in Osceola. Services have expanded to include a three more group homes in both communities as well as expanding services into the Medicaid Waiver program.

Mosaic now serves more than 50 people in South Bend, Mishawaka, Michiana and Elkhart, either full-time or intermittently.

We are currently recruiting for afternoon shifts!

Are you looking for a meaningful and fun work experience?

If so, consider Mosaic in Northern Indiana!

We are currently recruiting individuals to support young adults in our program after school, usually from 3 -- 6 p.m. You will get the chance to make a difference in a young person's life while having a flexible part-time job.
