The complete renovation of the $1.2 Million HUD funded housing project in Council Bluffs, Iowa is set for completion the end of April 2009.

The 10-unit apartment building is being converted into a fourteen-unit, 2 story building with a first floor community room and rental/administration office. All first floor entrances and units will be handicap accessible.

New residents may be able to move in as early May 2009.

The new apartment building, managed by Mosaic, will provide accessible, cost-efficient housing for individuals who receive services from Mosaic Outcomes in Council Bluffs as well as other qualified residents of the Council Bluffs community.
