Direct Support Associates are responsible for training and assisting individuals served in various aspects of activities of daily living while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of individuals being served.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three months of experience in a related field required. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

The Direct Support Coordinator serves as a lead role in providing support to individuals served. Responsible for training and assisting individuals served in various aspects of daily living while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of the individuals being served.

direct support manager
The Direct Support Manager coordinates and manages program operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling staff, coordinating activities and appointments of individuals served, and maintaining records.
This individual must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and one year of experience. Position may require CMA permit, CPR and first aid certification.

licensed practical nurse (lpn)
The Licensed Nurse Practitioner (LPN) monitors the health and medical condition of individuals served. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing physicals, providing treatment, and scheduling medical appointments as needed. Also coordinates the schedule of the PM nurses, assigns work and evaluates staff performance.
Licensed Practical Nursing/Vocational Nursing Certification required. Minimum of one year of nursing experience. Must have valid driver's license.
