Mosaic in Western Iowa provides a life of possibilities for people with intellectual disabilities as well as those with chronic mental illness through Outcomes, a unique program in Council Bluffs. Mosaic provides a life of possibilities to people through supports which are tailored to the individual's needs and desires. Mosaic empowers people to work and live a life of their choosing.
