direct support associate

The Direct Support Associate is responsible for training and assisting individuals served in various aspects of activities of daily living while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of individuals being served.

High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of three months of experience in a related field. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

health services manager/lpn

The Health Services Manager/LPN manages the delivery of health care services to individuals served and ensures that these services are delivered in compliance with applicable standards.  Supervises nursing staff and provides training to employees.

LPN/LVN certification required.  Minimum of two years of experience in similar capacity, including previous supervisory experience.

certified medication specialist

The Certified Medication Specialist administers routine medications to individuals in service as directed by the prescribing physician, and in accordance with state certification, company policy and CMA standards.  Responsible for training and assisting individuals served in various aspects of activities of daily living, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.  This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of the individuals being served.

High school diploma or equivalent required.  Minimum of one year of related work experience.  Must have a CMA permit and valid state driver's license.  Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
