Mosaic began providing services in Northern Colorado in 1980. Mosaic services support a person's full participation in community life. We strive to design services that meet the individual needs of the clients.

Mosaic in Northern Colorado serves many individuals with a variety of needs with an emphasis in individuals with significant medical needs.

Mosaic Delivers for Valentine's Day

For Valentine's Day this year, Mosaic in Northern Colorado employees delivered cookie bouquets (and smiles) in partnership with Cookies By Design in Fort Collins.  Not only did this bring a smile to those receiving the bouquets...it also helped raised money for Mosaic.  Cookies By Design donated the bouquet delivery fees to Mosaic to help enrich the lives of those who receive Mosaic's services.  Partnerships like those between Mosaic and Cookies By Design are a vital part of providing a life of possibilities for people with intellectual disabilities
