direct support associate
Direct Support Associates are responsible for training and assisting individuals served in various aspects and activities of daily living while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of individuals being served.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three months of experience in a related field required. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Starting pay for full-time and part-time shifts is $9.17 an hour. Awake overnight shifts pay $11.17 an hour. We also hire on-call which pays $10.50 an hour.

Independent Contract Manager (ICM)- Full-time
QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in liberal arts or a related field and two years of related work experience, with one year of supervisory or management experience. CPR and 1st Aid certification needed.
DUTIES:
Monitors contracts and regulatory compliance for services provided by independent contractors, including the areas of medical services, programmatic, day services and the health and safety of persons served.
HOURS OF WORK:
Varied, generally M-F with some evenings and weekends for on-call rotation.
COMPENSATION:
Pay grade 5 - $34,756.80/year

Direct Support Specialist
DUTIES: Serves in a lead role in providing support to individuals served. Responsible for training and assisting individuals served in various aspects of activities of daily living, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for the health, safety, and emotional support of individuals being served.
HOURS OF WORK: 30 hours direct care (2p-8p Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday) and 8 hours per week of administrative duties.
