About Mosaic in Omaha
Mosaic provides a life of possibilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We help people define their own happiness. We support them and empower the pursuit of their goals. We celebrate their successes, even if that success is as simple as the pursuit itself.
AKTION Club members meet the first and third Tuesdays of the month from 12:30 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. at Divine Shepherd Lutheran Church, 15005 Q Street. If you are interested in joining or volunteering, contact us.

Become an advocate
More than 95 percent of the funds Mosaic receives for the services provided to people with intellectual disabilities come through Medicaid. During the last two years, many Mosaic locations have faced funding cuts of up to 10 percent.
Become a part of Mosaic Allied Voices (MAV), a volunteer group that works with Mosaic's Governmental Affairs Office. As a MAV volunteer, you become a "first responder" to let elected officials at local, state, and national levels know the needs and rights of people with intellectual disabilities cannot be set aside.
It's easy to do. Visit the MAV website to learn more and sign up. You can also invite others by sharing the website or this brochure.
Become a Mosaic Allied Voices volunteer and help create a life of possibilities for people with intellectual disabilities.
