direct support associate
Direct Support Associates are responsible for training and assisting individuals served in various aspects of activities of daily living while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of individuals being served.

certified medication specialist
The Certified Medication Specialist administers routine medications to individuals in service as directed by the prescribing physician, and in accordance with state certification, company policy and CMA standards. Responsible for training and assisting individuals served in various aspects of activities of daily living, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of the individuals being served.High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum or three years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities. Certification as an instructor in CPR and PMAB may be required. (Certification training will be provided by Mosaic as needed).

registered nurse
Provides assessments and monitors all medical/psychiatric issues of persons served to administer comprehensive medical care. Other duties include coordinating physician and medical services for consumers by overseeing appointments and scheduling and ensuring follow up. Monitors and reviews consumer medical records to monitor pertinent issues and provide thorough documentation, including preparation of any related reports. In addition, the RN will facilitate the training and orientation of new staff regarding medical procedures, health related in-services and delegation of nursing tasks and order necessary medication and supplies for individuals served.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing with a minimum of two years of general nursing experience. State nursing license is required. Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen, criminal background and motor vehicle check and have a valid driver's license.
