Person-Centered

Mosaic in Arizona was established in 1986 and provides supports and advocacy for 50 people with disabilities. Our promise is to provide the highest quality of care through constant interaction with families. At Mosaic, we want to be more than a provider - we want to be part of the family.

We partner with local organizations, businesses, and faith-based organizations to provide community connections for the people we support and to generate gifts and volunteers for Mosaic. Whether you're looking for employment or volunteer opportunities, or you're looking for services for someone with an intellectual disability, we hope you'll consider becoming a part of Mosaic in Arizona.

Mosaic is a diverse group of people coming together to create a unified whole. We are committed to providing quality care and support to people with intellectual and development disabilities and their loved ones - always seeking to be one step ahead of the norm of industry quality standards in order to truly see dreams come true for the people we support and assist.

Personalized Care

Mosaic in Arizona is creating a life of possibilities for people with intellectual disabilities. Mosaic's offices in central and southern Arizona embrace the Mosaic guiding principle that "Every individual is a person of worth" while planning for future growth to keep up with the booming surge in population.

Annual "What Matters Most" conversations are held that allow people to tailor supports based on their own needs and desires; People defining their own happiness.  We ask people what goals they have, how and where they want to live, and what they love to do.  We then partner with them to make those dreams a reality.
