About Us

Mosaic in Arizona is creating a life of possibilities for people with intellectual disabilities. Located in Maricopa County,  Mosaic's office in Phoenix embraces the Mosaic guiding principle that "Every individual is a person of worth" while planning for future growth to keep up with the booming surge in population.

Mosaic is a diverse group of individuals coming together to create a unified whole. We are committed to providing quality care and support to individuals with development disabilities and their loved ones--always seeking to be one step beyond the norm of industry quality standards in order to truly see dreams come true for the people we support and assist.

Mosaic believes in acting on our mission statement by:

  • Maintaining certification through the Council on Quality Leadership

  • Ensuring new employees receive comprehensive training (over 40 hours of Core and Fundamental Support Training within 90 days of hire)

  • Taking a leadership role in new initiatives in the field of disability services in Arizona.

If you are interested in Mosaic's services, call us today--we would love to open a door for you, too!

Extraordinary Employees

Loretta Gaspar, HCBS Manager, and Stacy Zogheib, Early Interventionist, are training for the P.F. Changs Marathon and Half-Marathon. This run is different from many others because they are running for an honor patient at the Phoenix Children's Hospital through the Miracles in Motion program.

Miracles in Motion provides the most urgent care for young patients and their families and so Gaspar and Zogheib are asked to raise $1500 to raise money. Early on Saturday mornings, Gaspar and Zogheib wake up to train. Teaming up together, they push eachother knowing that they are making a difference and building a special bond with their honor patient to provide excitement and support.

The run will take place January 17, 2010. Good luck Loretta and Stacy and thank you for all your hard work!

Coming Soon: Kindervention

Mosaic will soon be launching a new six-month pilot program called Kindervention. This program will serve children from 18 months to five-years-old and is FREE to families who actively participate thanks to a grant given by the Community Church of Joy.
