Donations
Mosaic in Arizona accepts donations to further our mission. Make a monetary or non-monetary contribution to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Donations are tax-deductible and your gift is always welcomed and sincerely appreciated.
You can donate online through The Mosaic Foundation and designate Mosaic in Arizona as the recipient of your gift.
With support from gracious donors like you, we have been able to:
- Equip a van with a wheelchair lift for a family.
- Pay for classes at a community college for an individual looking to expand his knowledge.
- Provide daily essentials such as toothpaste, shampoo and toilet paper.
- Renovate and update group homes to be more functional for residents including installing a roll-in shower; widening doorways, installing tile floors and making a more accessible kitchen.
- Purchase a computer to help a young man keep up with his peers.
- Give a family the opportunity to have their first family vacation, which was expressed through Personal Outcome Measures to indentify their dream.
- Make a dream of going to Graceland come true for someone in a group home, through the use of the Personal Outcomes Measures to identify his dreams.
- Give the residents of a group home a vacation cruise, where they were able to fulfill the desire to strengthen their relationships with each other.
- Purchase furniture and other items for the group homes to give the residence a home to be proud of.
- Host a Family Fun Day, which provides a day of free food, entertainment and fun for everyone we serve.
- Host a Holiday Party for people served and their families to enjoy a nice holiday dinner and gifts.
- Purchase developmental toys to be used during Early Intervention therapy sessions and allow families to continue using after the child is no longer in services.
- Help cover the cost of dental work for an individual in our Host Home program.
- Host a Health and Wellness Day.
