Mosaic, as Bethphage, began providing a full array of services for adults with disabilities in the Rockford area in April 2002. We currently operate 11 residential homes, serving 74 individuals.

Special Events

Mosaic's 2nd annual sipping and sampling fundraiser is set for August 5, 2010 from 6:00 - 9:00pm at Giovanni's, and you need to be there!

Fifteen local restaurants will showcase their signature martinis and appetizers, and are competing for your vote in four categories:  Best Martini, Best Appetizer, Best Display, and Best in Show! 

All proceeds benefit adults with developmental disabilities living in Rockford!
