Mosaic in Rockford provides residential services to adults with disabilities in homes throughout Rockford. The individuals live, work and enjoy participating in the life of their community. We provide supports to assist people to achieve greater independence in home management, vocational skills, community participation, transportation, recreation, leisure and spiritual awareness. We believe each person is able to grow and to achieve his or her goals with the right supports and opportunities.
