About Mosaic in Garden City

Mosaic, as Bethphage, began providing services in Garden City in January 1999. They currently serve more than 100 people in residential, day, vocational, and community services and assists approximately 85 adults with case management.

Mosaic in Garden City is a part of a faith-based non-profit organization founded in July 2003 by the consolidation of Bethphage and Martin Luther Homes. Our organization is grounded in a heritage of faith, love and a partnership with people with disabilities.

Mosaic provides residential, vocational, medical, spiritual, social and advocacy supports to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and senior citizens.
