about us

Mosaic provides a life of possibilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We help people define their own happiness. We support them and empower the pursuit of their goals. We celebrate their successes, even if that success is as simple as the pursuit itself.

Mosaic in South Central Nebraska was established in 1982. This was the first community-based program for Bethphage, a legacy organization of Mosaic.

We are excited to have a new retirement room addition to our day services. It also includes a multi-sensory room and outdoor recreational space.
