LVN/LPN Monitors the health and medical condition of individuals served. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing physicals, providing treatment, and scheduling medical appointments as needed. Also coordinates the schedule of the p.m., nurses, assigns work, and evaluates staff performance. This position requires Licensed Practical Nursing/Vocational Nursing certification.
