South Central Texas has been serving and advocating for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1987. In July 2003, Martin Luther Homes and Bethphage consolidated to be called Mosaic. Today, the program serves over 79 people in the communities of San Antonio, Seguin, New Braunfels, Austin and surrounding areas and outside of Houston.
