Mosaic's mission is to partner with people who have disabilities to provide supports and advocate so that they may realize wholeness of life. The principle value of the agency is that every individual has worth.

Led by this belief, Mosaic provides individualized support to people with disabilities and advocates with them so they may choose appropriate services, defend their rights and express their opinions. Mosaic provides supportive services to developmentally disabled individuals based on the assumption that all individuals have a right to quality services, are capable of learning and can learn best by inclusion in the mainstream of life. The ultimate aim is to foster opportunities that open doors to extraordinary lives. We do this through Residential Service and Foster Care or Host Home Services.

Life Assistance Solutions

Mosaic Life Assistance Solutions provides compassionate home care services in the home of your loved ones. All Personal Care Assistants are thoroughly screened, extensively trained, insured and bonded. They are professional and reliable individuals who are matched to you or your loved ones.

Our goal is to help seniors by providing non-medical, one-on-one home care services, which will allow them to remain independent in their homes.

inspirations by mosaic

Document Destruction and Recycling Program

Mosaic in South Central Texas recently began its document destruction and recycling business, called Inspirations by Mosaic. Inspirations by Mosaic offers cost-effective, confidential services using high-end cross cutting shredding equipment. This is an innovative program which turns traditional vocational services into a rewarding job for people with intellectual disabilities.
