Discover the Possibilities


Mosaic invites you to attend a free, one-hour event called Discover the Possibilities to learn the truth about people with disabilities living and working in your community. You will be given a tour of our mission through stories told by the people we serve, their families and our staff members.

About Us

Mosaic provides a life of possibilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We help people define their own happiness. We support them and empower the pursuit of their goals. We celebrate their successes, even if that success is as simple as the pursuit itself.


Mosaic began providing services in Pittsburg and Coffeyville, Kansas on July 1, 2010.  (Read more.)

The program currently serves more than 138 people through residential and day services, case management, employment coordination, supported living and other services and employs 160 staff members.
