direct support associate
Direct Support Associates are responsible for training and assisting individuals served in various aspects of activities of daily living while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of individuals being served.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three months of experience in a related field required. Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

direct support manager
The Direct Support Manager coordinates and manages program operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling staff, coordinating activities and appointments of individuals served, and maintaining records.
This individual must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and one year of experience. Position may require CMA permit, CPR and first aid certification.

program coordinator
The Program Coordinator oversees the operations of several group homes and day services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Performs the functions of a QMRP, including program development, training and provides supervision to staff.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work or a related field required. Minimum of four years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. QMRP eligibility required.

registered nurse (rn)
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing assessments and monitors all medical/psychiatric issues of persons served to administer comprehensive medical care. Facilitate training of staff regarding medical procedures.
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing required. Minimum of two years of general nursing experience is required. State nursing license is required.
