Direct Support Associates are responsible for training and assisting individuals served in various aspects of activities of daily living while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of individuals being served.

registered nurse coordinator
The Registered Nurse Coordinator supervises staff and provides nursing assessments. Monitors all medical/psychiatric issues of persons served to administer comprehensive medical care.Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Minimum of two years of general nursing experience required. Previous supervisory experience preferred. State nursing license required.

certified medication specialist
The Certified Medication Specialist administers routine medications to individuals in service as directed by the prescribing physician, and in accordance with state certification, company policy and CMA standards. Responsible for training and assisting individuals served in various aspects of activities of daily living, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of the individuals being served.High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum or three years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities. Certification as an instructor in CPR and PMAB may be required. Certification training will be provided by Mosaic if needed.
