Mosaic in Utah 1470 N 200 W Kristy Cropper, Executive Director About Us Mosaic in Utah originated in the 1970s as Trails Inc., when a few concerned parents together developed a training site for their children with disabilities. Trails Inc., provided services for people with disabilities from Fillmore, Delta, Salina, Gunnison, Manti, Levan, Nephi and Moroni. In the early 1990s, as children with disabilities started to remain in their local schools, Trails Inc., transitioned to Bethphage, and started serving only people with disabilities over the age of 18. In 2003, Bethphage consolidated with Martin Luther Homes and became Mosaic. |
