Mosaic in Utah supports the Utah Association of Community Services (UACS)

Working with this group, together we successfully got the passage of the State Use Legislation and a COLA. We had voice in such issues as DHS service descriptions, licensing rules, and development of the SOIQ. They also assist us in continuing to have open professional partnership with DHS, USOR and Health.
