Direct Support Associate
Direct Support Associates are responsible for training and assisting individuals served in various aspects of activities of daily living while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
This position is also responsible for the health, safety and emotional support of individuals being served.
High School diploma or equivalent required. A valid drivers license is required. Must be at least 18 years of age or older. All training is provided. Mosaic is an equal opportunity employer.

Community Relations Manager
The Community Relations Manager's job duties consist of developing and executing a comprehensive community relations and donor development plan. Enhance relationships for the organization and gain sustainable financial support for Mosaic through fund-raising."friend raising", public relations, and marketing. Building lasting community relationships within Waukon and surrounding communities. Orchestrating special events and recruiting and managing volunteers.Successful applicants will have the following: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, public relations, communications or a related field required Minimum of three years experience in a similar position. Previous experience with grant writing and volunteer management is helpful. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment. Computer savvy with knowledge of Benevon model is helpful.
This is a part time position working up to twenty hours per week. Some evening and weekend hours are required.
