Services
Mosaic provides Supported Community Living, SCL, service through the Medicaid Title XIX Waiver program at four home sites (3 in Waukon, 1 in Decorah).
SCL service includes teaching and supporting persons to learn skills in their home and community, such as:
- cooking
- cleaning
- shopping
- personal cares
- managing money
- accessing medical supports
- leisure activities
- spirituality
